Your First Session

Before your first session prepare your body for a high intensity workout. Keep your body hydrated and please eat 2-3 hours before or a light snack 30 minutes before your session.

Dress for working out

We recommend leggings, shorts, tanks, t-shirts and/or light jackets. All are welcome. From beginner to elite athlete and anyone in between we can individualize the workout just for you.

Check-In

Arrive 20 minutes before first workout to complete any paperwork and to set-up MYZONE heart rate. You will also get a quick tour of the equipment.

Water

You will need water! Please bring a bottle of water. We have a filling station for you. We also sell bottles at the front desk.

Lockers

You will have access to lockers to store your personal belongings. Yes, even your phone! We want you to enter the REV Zone with no distractions.

Showers

We offer showers to rinse after workouts. They are stocked with soap, shampoo and conditioner. You will need to bring your own towel. Please be respectful of time in the shower rooms as other clients may be waiting.
